Q: Where is ChronoPay based?

A: ChronoPay B.V. is based in The Netherlands. We also have a subsidiary office in Moscow (Russia), which is where our Software Development Department and Customer Service (Shopper Help) facilities (support for the customers of Online shops) are located. Additionally, we have offices in Barcelona (Spain) and in Riga (Latvia).

Q: Can we schedule a personal meeting?

A: Yes, off course we can. We understand that it can be important to a Merchant to physically see who's handling their money and how. If you wish to come to one of our offices, we'll have a Sales Representative available to meet with you. Please let us know if you plan to come by!

We also understand how critical it is that the software behind a Payment Service Provider, such as ChronoPay is reviewed often and upgraded to the highest technical standards. Many of our competitors use antiquated software and outdated upgrade scripts. At ChronoPay, we take great care when it comes to our software. It is not unusual for us to develop new software for over a year before we release it. Additionally, when we build our applications, we make sure they can be easily upgraded and that we can quickly add feature sets and new modules, as needed.
