Q: How do I qualify to use ChronoPay's services? A: ChronoPay, B.V. has strategic relationships with a number of major acquiring banks in the European Union. As a result, ChronoPay can assist you in the application for a merchant account, as well as providing payment processing services to any merchant, who has a legitimate presence in the European Union.Due to the European licensing area of Visa and MasterCard we are able to accept merchants in the following countries:

Regarding restricted websites, content, services and/or products, ChronoPay reserves the right to refuse its service to any website, for any reason, if we deem it be of unreasonable risk. Q: I have a high chargeback ratio. Can you still process for me? A: Unless you are perpetrating fraudulent activity, which we can quickly and easily detect - yes we can process for you. We have powerful anti fraud techniques, which will definitely lower your chargeback ratio. Also, we have developed a number of other guidelines for high-risk merchants, which can help to lower your chargeback ratio considerably.Q: Do you accept Merchants, which are considered to be "high risk", such as pharmacy and gaming? A: Yes, we do accept these businesses. However, depending on what type of business you are in, we may ask you to provide proof of a valid license to operate. This is particularly true in gaming applications. Contact us directly to find out what information will be required of you to process with us.Q: Can I sell tangible merchandise using ChronoPay? A: Yes, you can. With ChronoPay you may sell either tangible products or intangible items, such as subscriptions and services. If you are selling physical products, you may use one of the many shopping carts we are integrated with. Please visit the Compatible Shopping Carts section on our website to find an overview of the shopping carts we're integrated with. If you do not see the shopping cart you are currently using or wish to use, please contact us and we will consider integrating to it. To inquire about ChronoPay integrating to a new shopping cart, please email us at: sales@chronopay.com and put "Shopping Cart Integration" in the subject line.For all other sale types (subscriptions, services, etc.), we provide a simple interface between your website and our payment processing system. |
