With our standard support service ChronoPay handles all transaction-related inquiries through our own in-house customer support team. Merchants are required to handle all other aspects of Customer Support.

However, large volume Merchants or Merchants with highly recognizable brands can apply for ChronoPay's Premium Customer Support Service, which is customized for your business needs. Merchants may also request full outsourcing of their Online Customer Support to ChronoPay.
