A: First, we offer you a secure, customizable Payment Page. Additionally, in the event your online store is PCI compliant, you can make use of our payment gateway (API). We also offer you a "virtual terminal", which allows you to process transactions manually, if needed. For the access to a "virtual terminal", special approval is required from our Risk Department. Please contact us if you would like to receive our payment processing integration manual.

Q: Is your payment solution integrated with any known shopping carts?

A: Yes, our payment processing solutions are integrated with many popular shopping carts. Please visit the "Compatible Shopping Carts" section on our website to find an overview of the shopping carts we are integrated with. If you do not see the shopping cart you currently use or wish to use, please contact us and we will consider integrating to it. To inquire about ChronoPay integrating to a new shopping cart, please email us at: sales@chronopay.com and put "Shopping Cart Integration" in the subject line.

Q: Do I need a secure server to use ChronoPay services?

A: No, all transactions area processed on ChronoPay's secure server.

Q: Will I need to purchase and/or install any special software or hardware to use ChronoPay?

A: No, ChronoPay provides you with everything you may need to accept online payments on your site. We will also provide full support with the creation of the interface required for our systems to communicate with each other. The set-up process is quick and easy.
