Q: Which currencies do you support?

A: ChronoPay is a true multi-currency Payment Service Provider. We can accept transactions in US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds and many other international currencies.

Q: Will I have access to some kind of Online Client Administration website?

A: Certainly, you will have access to a complete set of administrative tools in your client interface located on our secure server. This Client Admin section includes your website's transactions, as well as other valuable administrative functions.
The Client Admin consists of the following sections:
  • Sales
  • Payout info
  • Client support
  • Set up
  • Customer Service
  • Rebilling information
  • Virtual terminal (optional)
  • Pre-authorization (optional)


Q: Does ChronoPay support Merchants with recurring billing?

A: Yes, our system supports transactions that automatically recur at pre-determined time intervals.

Q: What is a pre-authorization? Do you offer it?

A: Yes, we do offer this feature. A pre-authorization is the method by which an amount of funds is reserved for a period of time, awaiting the completion of the sales transaction.

Q: Can I make use of your virtual terminal?

A: Yes, you can. A Virtual Terminal allows you to manually process credit card transactions from any computer with an Internet connection, anywhere in the world. Please note that our Risk Department must screen you before we can activate this feature for your use.
