ChronoPay B.V.is proud to report that we have officially initiated a certification process for compliance with VISA AIS / MasterCard SDP Security guidelines through one of the leading security companies in the world SRC Security Research and Consulting GMBH , Germany, one of a very few official Visa EU qualified Security Assessors and one of 12 official Security Vendors for MasterCard EU.

As of 20th February 2004 SRC Security Research and Consulting GMBH has completed network security live tests and vulnerabilities inspection and have issued an official report. According to the report the network security environment of ChronoPay B.V. is SDP / AIS compliant. Moreover SRC has specifically mentioned that the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) utilized by ChronoPay is very impressive.

By the end of March SRC Employees will perform the final stage of certification - the onsite reviews of security guidelines implementation in Dutch and Russian offices of ChronoPay . We believe we are going to be the first officially certified by SDP/ AIS standards Payment Service Provider which has placed it's state of art and compliant with highest European network and data security standards IT infrastructure in Russia. The VISA AIS / MasterCard SDP security standards are based on ANSI Information Security for Financial Organizations Guidelines, X9/ TG-5 (1992) and the ISO/TR 13569 Banking and Related Financial Services Information Security Guidelines, Second Edition.

At this moment there are only a few AIS/SPD compliant PSPs worldwide and we are happy to report that we have passed the most important stage of the certification - the network security since it defines our security environment in the internet.
