ChronoPay B.V. enables more cards to be accepted online! ChronoPay B.V. is pleased to announce that the following cards acceptance has been added for it's low risk EU clients portfolio: VISA Electron, Cirrus-Maestro, AmEx, Diners Club, JCB, Switch, Solo. The following great news is a result of ChronoPay's ability to send transactions through different processors (Card Associations Service Members) located in the same jurisdiction (EU) thus making it possible to use certain "extras" available within each processor. Normally a single processor can not offer all of these payment ways, while some of them are quite important for sales in certain regions. For instance VISA Electron and Cirrus-Maestro cards are very popular in Eastern Europe and only very few PSPs , usually local, can offer their online acceptance and Switch and Solo cards are very popular in Great Britain where again mostly local PSPs offer their acceptance.And of course it goes without saying that such brands as AmEx, Diners and JCB are a must for a successful e-commerce website! While not all of these cards can be accepted through Your current merchant ID with any of ChronoPay's partner acquiring banks the process itself to obtain another merchant ID(s) specifically to accept these cards when You got already VISA & MasterCard Merchant ID is very simple and hassle free. Some of these cards companies according to their policies, AmEx for example , will require a direct approach from the client to obtain the ID itself, however in such case the process is even more simplified and ChronoPay will of course enable the online processing itself and will lead and consult the client how to obtain the merchant ID with minimum effort.
