Availability statistics of cardholder calls to ChronoPay’s call centre

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS – ChronoPay has successfully launched a new feature which enables merchants to have access to statistics of the number of cardholders who have called our call centre. The call centre handles questions from customers of ChronoPay’s clients and is available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.

Merchants already have access to an extensive set of statistics tools, such as the possibility to monitor the number of visitors of the payment page and option to compare sales generated via various websites. These statistics can be found in the online back office tool which is supplied to every merchant.

To enable this option, merchants should write an email to their Account Manager asking to switch the feature on.
