Q: When and how often will I receive my funds? A: If you have your own Internet Merchant Account, you will receive your funds according to the Merchant agreement with your specific acquiring bank. We deal with quite a few acquiring banks and they each have different advantages for different industries. Also, each acquiring bank has its own payout policy. Our payouts depend on that policy and generally range from weekly settlements to daily settlements. Funds are usually transferred from us, but in some cases may be transferred directly from your acquiring bank. With Internet Merchant Accounts the payouts are usually completed on a weekly basis, with a one week delay. With our IPSP solution, payouts are completed on a weekly basis, with a two week delay.Q: Can I have the funds sent directly to my own bank account? A: Yes, in most cases you can have your funds sent to your own bank account, in your own country. However, there are a few exceptions.
