After lengthy negotiations, the companies have agreed to integrate their systems, in a coordinated effort to expand ChronoPay's transaction capabilities, using the USC processing network. As a result of establishing UCS as a Primary Acquirer, ChronoPay can now rapidly expand its processing capabilities to include Internet Merchants in the Russian Federation.
