ChronoPay, a leading Online Payment Services Provider, announced a processing agreement with United Card Services (USC), Russia's largest credit card processing company. After lengthy negotiations, the companies have agreed to integrate their systems, in a coordinated effort to expand ChronoPay's transaction capabilities, using the USC processing network. USC is a leader in processing major international credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Diners Club. As a result of establishing UCS as a Primary Acquirer, ChronoPay can now rapidly expand its processing capabilities to include Internet Merchants in the Russian Federation. For ChronoPay, this relationship represents the single most significant development in its aggressive strategy to capture market share in the expanding Russian market. "UCS is widely recognized as the premiere processing company in Russia. They are highly skilled and technically equipped to provide the world-class processing infrastructure ChronoPay demands for its ecommerce Merchants. Our relationship with USC will pay dividends for ChronoPay and all Russian Merchants, as they will now have access to this best-in-class transaction processing network", said Denis Nazarov, PR and advertising director at ChronoPay. The alliance with USC comes with a dual commitment to implementing strict network and internal security mechanisms, insuring the safety of all Merchant and Card Holder data. ChronoPay adheres to all rules and regulations imposed by the major payment systems, including USC. "The power of this new alliance is that it combines ChronoPay's superior, multi-dimensional payment platform, which includes its proprietary fraud scrubbing system, its convenient client-administrative tools, its powerful ChronoPay processing modules, as well as its advanced programming capabilities with USC's thirty-years of operational experience in credit card payment processing. The resulting solution is the most progressive, secure, reliable and time-tested transaction processing network ever offered to Russian Merchants", said Mr. Nazarov. ChronoPay's strategy from its inception has been to establish rapid international growth by partnering with and integrating with the world's most widely used and highly regarded payment processors and acquirers. By offering a wide variety of payment platforms and service offerings, each capable of meeting the needs of Merchants within targeted geographic regions and market sectors, ChronoPay has become one of the world's premier international transaction processing enterprises. It is the objective of both ChronoPay and USC that the collaboration and resulting service offerings help to accelerate the establishment of new ecommerce ventures throughout Russia. The combined offering can be expected to encourage traditional Russian brick and mortar Merchants to adopt the new technologies and expand their businesses by establishing eStores, which can quickly and easily begin accepting credit card payments over the Internet. As ChronoPay's network of payment processing and acquirer relationships expand around the globe, the company is positioning itself to deliver world-class payment technologies and services, enlisting the best data security and privacy infrastructure ever developed, capable of meeting the requirements of any Merchant, in any market sector, regardless of their geographic location. |
